According to the rules set forth by the Little League organization, "only those participants whose residence or the physical location of the school where they attend classes is within the boundaries of the league [i.e., the city of College Station city limits] shall be eligible to participate. {LL Regulation IIa}  

There are very few, limited instances where participants from outside our boundaries are eligible to play with CSLL. One of those exceptions is if your home league is not participating in the current season (i.e., Fall baseball), then you could be eligible to register and participate.
